Gold Logie nominee and real estate expert Andrew Winter and design guru Neale Whitaker are back for series 3 of Love It or List It where they'll battle each other and the hearts and heads of homeowners as they try to answer the ultimate property question – renovate or relocate?

The first 2 seasons have been a huge success for Lifestyle, breaking viewing records and attracting rave reviews. Season 2 is currently the second highest rating programme on STV with a cumulative average audience of 558,000 viewers (just trailing SHA S11). This is a 6% increase on season 1 and to date has reached a total of 2.206m unique viewers, equivalent to 28% of all Foxtel subscribers.
