Artemis Stanton appointed to a new role as Head of Foxtel Brand Solutions

We are excited to announce the promotion of Artemis Stanton to Head of Foxtel Brand Solutions, responsible for developing key integration partnerships with brands across Foxtel Network’s owned channels. Stanton will commence her new role on Monday, 1st July, 2019 and will report into Martin Medcraf, Foxtel Sales and Brand Partnerships Director.

Stanton has worked at Foxtel for over six years, most recently as Head of Lifestyle Acquisitions, where she acquired Lifestyle content for the network and previously managing Lifestyle Brand Partnerships across Foxtel’s Lifestyle Channels. The new role builds on her success in negotiating high value partnerships, while managing and leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful integrations. As Head of Foxtel Brand Solutions, she will also continue to lead and facilitate negotiation of all exclusive content purchase deals across all Foxtel Channels.

Medcraf commented: "We are delighted to have Artemis take on this new role, and continue her stellar work in securing exclusive, high quality partnerships across the Foxtel platform. Artemis’s team will ensure brands can work with Foxtel across the world’s best on air and digital programming. Her previous experience working with key Lifestyle content distributors will be key to this role, as Foxtel maintains its lead as Australia’s premium content provider and advertising innovator."

Stanton has over 15 years’ experience in media working across production, program development and integration, as well as content acquisitions both domestically and internationally. During her time managing Lifestyle Brand Partnerships, she was responsible for successful integration across key local productions including Selling Houses Australia, Grand Designs Australia and Great Australian Bake Off. Furthermore, during her time with Seven Network, she produced brand funded content and worked closely with key partners for integration within several Lifestyle segments for Better Homes & Gardens.

Commenting on her new position, Stanton said: “I’m really looking forward to be taking on the challenge of this new role. The media business is evolving rapidly as technology enables innovative and exciting new partnership possibilities with brands. I’m delighted to be leading an amazing team of people and driving Foxtel to even greater heights as a pioneering content platform.”

Wendy Moore, Group General Manager of Lifestyle, said “I’m thrilled to have a person of Artemis’ experience fill this role at such an exciting time for us. To have such a deep understanding of both our audience and our content is an incredible advantage for our partners to tap into.”

As a Content & Integration specialist with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), Stanton has been nominated for Industry Awards in Innovation, Content and Multichannel campaigns. In 2018 she obtained an Executive MBA at the AGSM.
