Lauren Winters, as MCN's National People & Culture Manager, is charged with ensuring the company's 'people practices' are in line with its business objectives.
Lauren joined MCN in 2009. Previously, she was Head of HR for a print media company based in London. She has also worked in a number of training and development roles for various retails companies in Australia.
In her role, Lauren oversees resourcing and talent acquisition; training and development; health and wellbeing; performance management; internal policies and staff procedures; delivering internal communications; payroll; and advising all staff on internal and legal issues.
Beyond work, Lauren is also passionate about all things psychology and holds a degree in behavioural science.
