A-PAC
Launched, January 2009. A-PAC - Australia's Public Affairs Channel is a platform for discussion and debate, encouraging participation in democracy across Australian society.
The primary programming commitment is to the coverage of proceedings in the Federal, State and Territory Parliaments in a manner in which Australians can openly experience the political process in action.
A-PAC is operated on a not for profit basis, fully funded by FOXTEL and AUSTAR and produced by AUSTRALIAN NEWS CHANNEL as a free service to all Australians and is multi channelled through a number of technologies including Subscription Television, Free to Air television, mobile television and online at www.a-pac.tv.
