TV Account Manager

MCN currently has a vacancy for an Account Manager within the TV Sales team in Sydney. 

The Account Manager will be responsible for maximizing TV revenue for MCN across a wide portfolio of channels. The Account Manager is required to develop and service relationships with Media agencies and key clients to provide strategic and creative sales opportunities across MCN channels. 

The broad responsibilities for this include:

• Reaching revenue targets each month and quarter; including personal targets, team targets and Channel targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with Media agencies and ensure that campaigns deliver value. 
• Proactively develop timely and relevant briefs with new, creative and sellable ideas.
• Acquire new advertisers and retain existing advertisers
• Demonstrate teamwork by working effectively and liaising with internal departments as well as external parties.
• Effectively manage a co-ordinator by monitoring performance against targets and KPI's, conducting regular performance reviews and planning and executing formal and informal training.
• Ensure booking schedules are accurate and oversee campaign delivery and post analysis
• Being proactive in sourcing opportunities to address revenue needs.
• Track revenue against targets. 

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following attributes:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Ability to present to individuals and groups and construct excellent documentation supporting responses to brief and proactive proposals.

MCN currently has a vacancy for a Digital Sales Co-ordinator within our Digital team in Sydney. MCN Digital is Australia's largest combined online and mobile publisher. Each month MCN Digital reaches a unique online audience of 8.2million, 4.1million mobile UVs, generates over 11 million video streams and boasts the largest IPTV distribution across Australia. 

The primary functions of this role include:

  • Managing the delivery of online sponsorship opportunities with the channels.
  • Managing the day to day relationship with the channels / sites from an online perspective.
  • Ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are appropriately communicated to.
  • Managing pipeline and revenue reporting for each channel.
  • Being proactive in sourcing opportunities to address revenue needs.
  • Tracking revenue against targets.

MCN currently has a vacancy for an Account Co-ordinator within our Sales Department in Brisbane. This role would ideally suit highly motivated and career driven individuals, looking to establish themselves in the exciting media industry. We welcome university graduates and candidates with 6-12 months experience. This role provides support to the day-to-day co-ordination of advertising sales activities to ensure the effective operation of the business.

The main responsibilities of this role are to monitor and handle all incoming enquiries, including the follow up of all agency requests, and to manage the booking process from beginning to end. This role would suit someone with excellent administration skills, an outgoing personality and a passion for selling.
